Happy Birthday to my love!

It's my husbands 30th birthday today! Not surprisingly we are not spending today together due to the lovely U.S. Army. Rob has a 3 day drill weekend so while he has been home in the evenings he has spent the last few days at the armory. It's a weird spot for us because we still don't know if Rob will be deploying this spring or not. They are trying to make accomodations for him to switch places with another soldier so that he can be home with us but we just don't know yet. It's all about the budget so we covet your prayers right now! We would love to take a pass on this deployment since the twins are arriving this summer. 4 kids under 4 is a TAD bit overwhelming to me. But the biggest prayer I have prayed is that I would surrender to God's will in this time. It's not an easy prayer for me right now. I am worried about the twins being healthy and full term, worried about Stella getting squished in between crazy Max and two new babies and worried about doing it all alone! Thankfully I haven't gotten too wrapped up in worry and God is granting me peace about it. When I start to feel my human nature question if I am worrying enough I remind myself to pray for an attitude of surrender and I am reminded that He has it all taken care of.

Back to the birthday :)

Despite all the craziness that the world has thrown at us I am beyond thankful and blessed to be married to Rob and get to wish him a Happy Birthday as his wife! He is such a hard worker and always goes above and beyond to provide for us. He has bent over backwards to encourage me, love me, understand me and stand with me through really great times and really bad times. There is nothing more than I can say to him than I love you x 3 and there is no other place and no other person that I would rather be doing life with than you. Happy 30th! I am so proud to call you husband and Daddy to all four of our kiddos.

XoXo

Wow! You are a brave woman who I am sure is walking in a lot of grace. Your children are blessed to have you as their mom. Blessings!
